Seasonal Qigong
Seasonal Qigong, rooted in Taoist wisdom, draws inspiration from the natural cycles of the Five Elements. Like all life on Earth, we share in the breath of nature: the seasons pass through us, and the energies that animate the world resonate within us. When practiced regularly, this art invites us to attune to these living rhythms, nourishing vitality and cultivating a more balanced, resilient, and harmonious body and mind.
Shibashi Flow
Shibashi — or “18 Movements” — is one of the most widely practiced forms of Qigong in the world.
Both gentle and powerful, this practice supports our equilibrium and sense of harmony. Each movement evokes imagery of nature such as the dance of the rainbow, the ebb and flow of ocean waves, or the silent contemplation of the moon, allowing energy to flow freely and nourish both body and mind.
I guide you through these movements step by step, with each session naturally building on the previous one. Gradually, the 18 forms settle into the body, like the seasons settling into the landscape, and one day, without even realizing it, they flow effortlessly: they become your breath, your rhythm, your inner presence.
Over the weeks, you will integrate a complete and fluid routine that will stay with you forever — a living, faithful resource, always available to nourish your vitality and balance.
Mindful Breathing
Breath is what connects us — to one another, to nature, and to life itself. Through practice, our breathing aligns with our intentions and unites with our movement. By calming the nervous system and becoming aligned with our metabolic needs, mindful breathing becomes an essential part of our health and well-being.
