What is Qi gong ?
Qi Gong is an ancient practice of moving meditation inspired by the rhythms and natural forms of the world around us.
It combines slow, fluid movements with breathing exercises to harmonise the vital energy (Qi) of the body.
Qi gong is easy to learn, assessable to everyone and easily modifiable to suite the needs of the moment. It can be practiced sitting down or standing.
Q regular Qi gong practice helps reduce stress, increase energy and cultivate a sense of balance and inner peace.
