On-Going Learning and Practice Classes
Discover the power of conscious breathing!
These ongoing classes teach you how to harness your breath to uplift your mood, boost your immune system, deepen your sleep, and handle the stresses of life.
Your breath is your greatest ally, communicating directly to your heart, brain, and vital organs.
Breath practice is an often untapped resource, as our brain, heart, and gut constantly monitor our breathing to assess our level of safety.
The rhythm, volume, and quality of your breath influence your body’s responses—whether fostering calm or triggering a fight-or-flight reaction.
Since breathing is one of the few automatic functions we can consciously control, it serves as a vital communication line between your body and mind.
With each breath, you carry with you your very own free therapist, nutritionist, and personal fitness coach!
